Official Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: 23 August 2026 to 1 September 2026 inclusive
Promoter: ReShine Earth ("ReShine Earth", "we", "us" or "our")
By participating in the ReShine Earth 2nd Birthday Giveaway ("Promotion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion
1.1 ReShine Earth is conducting its 2nd Birthday Giveaway during the Promotion Period.
1.2 The Promotion consists of:
a. a Daily Prize Draw, with one $50 ReShine Earth voucher awarded each day during the Promotion Period; and
b. one Mega Prize Draw, with one brand-new washing machine awarded at the conclusion of the Promotion.
1.3 The Promotion is open to eligible New Zealand residents only.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion opens at 12:00 am NZST on 23 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm NZST on 1 September 2026.
2.2 A separate Daily Prize Draw will be conducted for each day during the Promotion Period.
2.3 The Mega Prize Draw will include all valid Mega Prize Entries accumulated during the entire Promotion Period.
2.4 All dates and times are based on New Zealand Standard Time.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Participants must have a valid New Zealand residential or business address.
3.3 The Promotion is available to customers who make eligible one-time purchases and eligible Subscription Orders during the Promotion Period.
3.4 Existing Active Subscribers at the commencement of the Promotion are also eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Draws in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 Employees of ReShine Earth, their immediate family members, and persons directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.6 ReShine Earth may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residency, purchase history or subscription status to verify eligibility.
4. Daily Prize Draw
4.1 One Daily Prize will be awarded for each day of the Promotion Period.
4.2 The Daily Prize is a $50 ReShine Earth voucher.
4.3 For each Daily Prize Draw:
a. each person who makes an eligible purchase during that particular day receives one Daily Prize Entry; and
b. each existing Active Subscriber receives one Daily Prize Entry, provided their subscription remains active and in good standing on the relevant draw date.
4.4 An existing Active Subscriber does not need to make a new purchase during the Promotion Period to receive their Daily Prize Entry.
4.5 A participant who makes an eligible purchase on a particular day receives one Daily Prize Entry for that day's draw. Purchases made on another day will qualify for the Daily Prize Draw applicable to that other day.
4.6 Daily Prize Entries do not carry forward to another day's Daily Prize Draw.
4.7 Where an existing Active Subscriber also makes an eligible purchase on the same day, they will receive one Daily Prize Entry as an Active Subscriber and one Daily Prize Entry from their eligible purchase. These are treated as separate Entries.
4.8 The Daily Prize winner will be selected randomly from all valid Daily Prize Entries applicable to the relevant day.
4.9 The Daily Prize winner will generally be selected on the following day after the relevant daily entry period has closed.
5. Mega Prize Draw
5.1 One winner will be selected for the Mega Prize at the conclusion of the Promotion.
5.2 The Mega Prize is:
1 × brand-new Haier washing machine
Retail value: Upto NZ$600
5.3 The specific Haier washing machine model, colour, specifications and features will be determined by ReShine Earth and will be subject to availability at the time the prize is arranged.
The Winner is not entitled to select a specific Haier model, colour or specifications.
5.4 Only qualifying purchases with a Product Subtotal of NZ$54 or more after all applicable discounts and before shipping charges qualify for Entries into the Mega Prize Draw.
5.5 Orders with a Product Subtotal of less than NZ$54 do not qualify for any Mega Prize Entry.
5.6 The Mega Prize Entry structure is:

5.7 Each valid Mega Prize Entry represents one chance of being selected.
5.8 Where a participant has multiple valid Mega Prize Entries, each Entry is treated as a separate chance in the random draw.
5.9 For example, a participant with three valid Entries has three chances of being selected compared with a participant with one valid Entry.
5.10 The Mega Prize winner will be selected randomly from all valid Mega Prize Entries accumulated during the Promotion Period.
6. Purchase Calculation, Discounts, Shipping and Separate Orders
6.1 All giveaway purchase thresholds are calculated using the actual Product Subtotal paid by the customer after all applicable discounts and before shipping charges.
6.2 For clarity, the amount used to calculate giveaway Entries is the amount actually paid for products after deducting all applicable:
a. promotional discounts;
b. discount codes;
c. subscription discounts;
d. automatic discounts;
e. store credits; and
f. any other reduction applied to the product price.
6.3 The original or advertised retail value of the products before any discount is not used to determine giveaway Entries.
6.4 For Subscription Orders, the actual discounted amount paid under the applicable subscription pricing is used to determine the applicable giveaway Entry threshold.
6.5 For example, if products have a pre-discount value of $75 but a 10% discount reduces the Product Subtotal actually paid to $67.50, the Product Subtotal for the purposes of this Promotion is $67.50.
6.6 Similarly, if a Subscription Order has a regular product value of $75 but the applicable subscription discount reduces the amount actually paid to $56.25, the Product Subtotal for the purposes of this Promotion is $56.25.
6.7 Shipping charges do not count towards any giveaway threshold.
6.8 Where a qualifying order has a Product Subtotal of NZ$54 or more after all applicable discounts, the order will continue to receive ReShine Earth's standard free-shipping benefit, subject to ReShine Earth's normal shipping terms and any applicable delivery exclusions.
6.9 The free-shipping benefit is separate from the giveaway Entry mechanism and does not constitute, increase or reduce any giveaway Entry.
6.10 An order with a Product Subtotal below NZ$54 may be subject to ReShine Earth's standard shipping charge.
6.11 Each separate qualifying order constitutes one eligible purchase for the purposes of calculating Entries.
6.12 Orders cannot be combined to reach a higher purchase threshold.
6.13 A participant cannot combine multiple separate orders to qualify for a $54, $70 or $90 threshold.
6.14 Where multiple discounts or promotions apply to the same order, the final Product Subtotal actually paid after all applicable discounts and reductions will be used to calculate giveaway Entries.
7. Subscription Customers
7.1 Eligible Subscription Orders processed and paid during the Promotion Period are treated in the same manner as eligible one-time purchases.
7.2 Existing Active Subscribers will receive one Daily Prize Entry for each day during the Promotion Period on which their subscription remains active and in good standing, whether or not they make a new purchase on that day.
7.3 Existing Active Subscribers do not receive a Mega Prize Entry solely by virtue of having an active subscription.
7.4 An existing Subscriber who makes a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period may receive Mega Prize Entries according to the purchase thresholds in clause 5.
7.5 If a subscription is cancelled, suspended or otherwise ceases to be active before a relevant Daily Prize Draw, the Subscriber will no longer qualify for the Daily Prize Entry associated with that draw.
7.6 If a Subscription Order is refunded, reversed or charged back, any Entries associated with that order will become invalid.
8. Social Media Bonus Entries
8.1 A participant who has at least one valid Mega Prize Entry may earn 2 additional Mega Prize Entries by completing the social media activity described in this clause.
8.2 To qualify for the 2 Social Media Bonus Entries, the participant must, during the Promotion Period:
a. publish a public Post or Reel on Instagram or a public Post on Facebook;
b. feature or clearly show a ReShine Earth product in the Post or Reel;
c. tag ReShine Earth's relevant official social media account; and
d. keep the Post or Reel publicly accessible until the Mega Prize Draw has been conducted.
8.3 The social media content must be a genuine post created or shared by the participant and must not be misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful.
8.4 A participant may receive the 2 Social Media Bonus Entries once only during the Promotion Period, regardless of how many qualifying Posts, Reels or publications they make.
8.5 Multiple Posts, Reels, Facebook publications, tags or shares do not result in additional Social Media Bonus Entries.
8.6 Social Media Bonus Entries are additional to, and do not replace, Mega Prize Entries earned through qualifying purchases.
8.7 Social Media Bonus Entries are valid only for the Mega Prize Draw.
8.8 ReShine Earth may verify the Post or Reel before awarding the Social Media Bonus Entries. Participants may be required to provide a link, screenshot or other reasonable evidence that the qualifying content was published.
8.9 The qualifying social media content must remain publicly accessible until the Mega Prize Draw. If the qualifying content is deleted, removed, made private or otherwise becomes inaccessible before the Mega Prize Draw, ReShine Earth may invalidate the associated Social Media Bonus Entries.
8.10 The following do not qualify for Social Media Bonus Entries:
a. reviews left on the ReShine Earth website;
b. reviews submitted through a third-party review platform;
c. private social media Posts;
d. Instagram Stories or other temporary content;
e. comments on ReShine Earth's Posts;
f. direct messages to ReShine Earth; or
g. content that does not feature ReShine Earth products or does not tag ReShine Earth as required.
8.11 Website reviews and social media Posts/Reels are separate activities. A customer review submitted on the ReShine Earth website does not constitute a social media entry and does not earn Social Media Bonus Entries.
8.12 ReShine Earth does not require participants to provide a positive review or positive opinion about its products to qualify for the Social Media Bonus Entries.
8.13 ReShine Earth reserves the right to reject content that does not reasonably satisfy these requirements.
9. Entries and Random Winner Selection
9.1 Entries are not points with a monetary value. They are individual chances of being selected in the relevant draw.
9.2 One valid Entry equals one chance of being selected.
9.3 Multiple valid Entries increase a participant's chance of selection because each Entry is separately included in the relevant draw pool.
9.4 Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of valid Entries using a random selection process determined by ReShine Earth.
9.5 For the avoidance of doubt, ReShine Earth will not select a winner by selecting a participant first and then considering the number of Entries they hold.
9.6 The random selection will be made from the individual valid Entries in the relevant draw pool.
9.7 For example, if one participant has one Entry and another participant has three Entries, the first participant has one chance of selection and the second participant has three chances of selection.
9.8 ReShine Earth will retain reasonable records of the relevant Entry pools and draw results for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
10. Winner Notification and Announcement
10.1 Daily Prize winners will be announced on ReShine Earth's official social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook, and will also be contacted using the email address associated with their ReShine Earth account or purchase.
10.2 Daily Prize winners will generally be announced on the day following the applicable draw.
10.3 The Mega Prize winner will be announced on ReShine Earth's official social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook, and will also be contacted by email.
10.4 Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of being contacted.
10.5 If a winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, cannot verify their eligibility, is found to be ineligible, or cannot provide the information reasonably required to fulfil the prize, ReShine Earth may redraw the relevant prize from the remaining valid Entries.
10.6 ReShine Earth is not responsible for a winner failing to receive notification because the email address provided is incorrect, the email is filtered as spam, the recipient's mailbox is full, or due to another circumstance outside ReShine Earth's reasonable control.
11. Mega Prize Fulfilment, Delivery and Installation
11.1 ReShine Earth will arrange the purchase of the Mega Prize from a third-party merchant or supplier on behalf of the verified Winner.
11.2 The Mega Prize will be purchased and fulfilled through the third-party merchant's or supplier's normal online ordering and delivery process.
11.3 The fulfilment and delivery of the Mega Prize is completely separate from ReShine Earth's normal product fulfilment and delivery operations.
11.4 ReShine Earth's regular products are fulfilled through its third-party logistics warehouse arrangements. The Mega Prize may instead be purchased from and delivered directly by a separate third-party merchant, supplier or carrier.
11.5 ReShine Earth will provide the third-party merchant or supplier with the delivery details provided by the Winner for the purpose of fulfilling the Mega Prize.
11.6 It is the Winner's responsibility to provide ReShine Earth with a complete, accurate and deliverable New Zealand delivery address and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery.
11.7 ReShine Earth will cover standard delivery charges for the Mega Prize up to a maximum of NZ$100, for delivery within New Zealand.
11.8 The NZ$100 delivery allowance is in addition to the NZ$600 retail value of the washing machine prize and is not included in the stated retail value of the Mega Prize.
11.9 Any delivery, freight, rural surcharge, special handling, access fee or other delivery-related cost exceeding the NZ$100 delivery allowance will be the responsibility of the Winner.
11.10 Where additional delivery charges are required before the Mega Prize can be delivered, ReShine Earth will notify the Winner where reasonably practicable. Any such additional amount must be paid by the Winner directly or as otherwise arranged before the additional delivery service is provided.
11.11 The actual delivery method, delivery timeframe, tracking process, delivery requirements and delivery conditions for the Mega Prize will be determined by the relevant third-party merchant, supplier or carrier.
11.12 ReShine Earth will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant merchant, supplier or carrier where a delivery issue arises.
11.13 ReShine Earth may provide the Winner with relevant merchant, supplier or carrier contact information, order information or tracking information where applicable so that the Winner can communicate directly with the relevant third party.
11.14 The Winner acknowledges that ReShine Earth does not control the third-party merchant's or carrier's delivery operations.
11.15 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReShine Earth is not responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, failed delivery attempts, carrier delays, delivery scheduling, carrier handling, non-delivery or other delivery issues caused by the third-party merchant, supplier or carrier.
11.16 If a delivery issue arises, the Winner may be required to communicate directly with the relevant merchant, supplier or carrier and comply with their delivery procedures, including arranging redelivery, collection, delivery appointments or other required action.
11.17 If the Mega Prize cannot be delivered because the Winner has provided an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, or because the Winner is unavailable or otherwise fails to meet reasonable delivery requirements, the Winner may be responsible for any additional delivery, redelivery, storage or related charges.
11.18 ReShine Earth will not be responsible for installation of the washing machine.
11.19 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Mega Prize does not include installation, plumbing, electrical connection, removal of an existing appliance, stacking, mounting, disposal of an existing appliance or any other installation or related service.
11.20 The Winner is responsible for arranging and paying for any installation or related services required for the washing machine.
11.21 The Winner is responsible for ensuring that the intended installation location, plumbing, electrical connections and other site requirements are suitable for the washing machine and for obtaining any professional services required for installation.
11.22 ReShine Earth's role in relation to the Mega Prize is to arrange and provide the washing machine prize and the delivery contribution described in these Terms & Conditions.
11.23 Following arrangement of the Mega Prize and handover to the relevant third-party merchant, supplier or carrier for delivery, any ongoing delivery, installation, servicing, product support, repair, replacement or warranty matter should be dealt with directly with the relevant merchant, supplier, manufacturer or carrier, as applicable.
11.24 ReShine Earth may assist the Winner by coordinating with the relevant third party or providing relevant contact or order information, but this does not make ReShine Earth the merchant, manufacturer, carrier, installer or service provider for the Mega Prize.
11.25 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
12. Prize Acceptance
12.1 Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
12.2 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or another prize.
12.3 Prizes are not transferable or assignable to another person.
12.4 The washing machine prize cannot be substituted by the Winner for another brand, model or product.
12.5 ReShine Earth may, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, substitute a Prize with another Prize of equal or greater retail value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied.
13. Daily Voucher
13.1 Each Daily Prize Winner will receive one $50 ReShine Earth voucher.
13.2 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
13.3 The voucher cannot be transferred or sold.
13.4 The voucher will be valid for three years from the date of issue.
13.5 The voucher expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.
13.6 The voucher is subject to any reasonable redemption conditions communicated to the Winner, provided those conditions are not inconsistent with applicable New Zealand law.
14. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
14.1 Entry into the Promotion and entitlement to any Prize are conditional on the qualifying transaction remaining valid.
14.2 If an order or Subscription Order associated with an Entry is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, all Entries associated with that transaction immediately become invalid.
14.3 If a participant has been selected as a Winner but their qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, they cease to be eligible for the relevant Prize.
14.4 If a Prize has already been awarded or delivered and the underlying qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back, the participant must return the Prize or promotional benefit to ReShine Earth.
14.5 ReShine Earth will require the return of the Prize before processing a discretionary return or refund where permitted by applicable law.
14.6 Where a refund is required under applicable New Zealand consumer law, ReShine Earth will comply with its legal obligations. Any obligation to return a Prize or promotional benefit will continue to apply separately to the extent permitted by law.
14.7 If the Prize is a physical item, including the washing machine, the Winner must return it in substantially the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable inspection and handling.
14.8 The Winner must not sell, transfer, dispose of, materially alter or intentionally damage a physical Prize while their eligibility to retain the Prize remains conditional under these Terms & Conditions.
14.9 If a Prize is lost, sold, transferred, disposed of or materially damaged after the participant has become ineligible, ReShine Earth reserves the right to seek recovery of the Prize or its reasonable value, to the extent permitted by law.
14.10 If a voucher has been issued but has not been redeemed when the associated qualifying transaction becomes invalid, ReShine Earth may cancel or deactivate the voucher.
14.11 If a voucher has already been partially or fully redeemed when the associated qualifying transaction becomes invalid, ReShine Earth reserves the right to seek recovery of the redeemed value, to the extent permitted by law.
14.12 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights the customer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
15. Change-of-Mind Returns
15.1 ReShine Earth's acceptance of change-of-mind returns is governed by ReShine Earth's applicable Returns Policy.
15.2 Where ReShine Earth accepts a change-of-mind return relating to a qualifying purchase associated with a Prize, the participant must return any Prize or promotional benefit awarded in connection with that purchase before the refund is processed, subject to applicable law.
15.3 Where a physical Prize is required to be returned, it must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, subject to reasonable inspection and handling.
15.4 These provisions do not limit any consumer rights that apply where a return, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy is required under New Zealand consumer law.
16. Fraud, Abuse and Invalid Entries
16.1 ReShine Earth reserves the right to invalidate any Entry or disqualify any participant where it reasonably believes that the participant:
a. has breached these Terms & Conditions;
b. has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion or draw process;
c. has engaged in fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct;
d. has used an invalid, fraudulent or unauthorised payment method;
e. has created or used accounts for the purpose of unfairly increasing Entries;
f. has submitted duplicated, manipulated or otherwise invalid transactions;
g. has attempted to obtain additional Social Media Bonus Entries contrary to clause 8; or
h. has otherwise attempted to obtain an unfair advantage.
16.2 Where an Entry is invalidated, all Entries associated with the same invalid transaction may also be cancelled.
17. ReShine Earth's Reserved Rights
17.1 ReShine Earth reserves the right to verify any participant's eligibility and may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residency, purchase, payment, subscription status or compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
17.2 ReShine Earth reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize where a selected Winner cannot reasonably establish that they satisfy the eligibility requirements.
17.3 ReShine Earth reserves the right to redraw a Prize where a selected Winner is subsequently found to be ineligible or where a Prize cannot be awarded.
17.4 ReShine Earth reserves the right to substitute a Prize where the advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, subject to applicable law.
17.5 ReShine Earth reserves the right to suspend, extend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, including serious technical failures, fraud, security concerns, supplier failure or other circumstances that materially affect the proper administration of the Promotion.
17.6 Any change, suspension, withdrawal or cancellation will be communicated through an appropriate ReShine Earth communication channel.
17.7 No material amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be made after the Promotion has commenced except where required or permitted by law or where necessary due to circumstances outside ReShine Earth's reasonable control.
17.8 ReShine Earth's decisions regarding administration of the Promotion, eligibility of Entries and conduct of the draw will be final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
18. Privacy
18.1 Personal information collected for the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, verifying participants, contacting Winners, arranging delivery of Prizes and complying with applicable legal obligations.
18.2 ReShine Earth may publish the name, first name, surname initial or social media handle of a Winner for the purpose of announcing the Winner, where permitted by law and consistent with ReShine Earth's Privacy Policy.
18.3 ReShine Earth will not publicly disclose unnecessary personal information such as a Winner's residential address, telephone number or payment details.
19. Social Media
19.1 The Promotion may be promoted and Winner announcements may be made through Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
19.2 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
20. Liability
20.1 ReShine Earth will administer the Promotion in good faith and with reasonable care.
20.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReShine Earth is not responsible for technical failures, communication failures, delivery delays, third-party failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control affecting the Promotion.
20.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
21. General
21.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
21.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
21.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
21.4 Any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of New Zealand.
Annex 1 — Definitions and Interpretation
This Annex forms part of the ReShine Earth 2nd Birthday Giveaway Terms & Conditions.
1. ReShine Earth
"ReShine Earth", "we", "us" or "our" means the business operating the ReShine Earth brand and promoting and administering the Promotion.
2. Promotion
"Promotion" means the ReShine Earth 2nd Birthday Giveaway conducted during the Promotion Period and comprising the Daily Prize Draw and Mega Prize Draw.
3. Promotion Period
"Promotion Period" means the period commencing at 12:00 am NZST on 23 August 2026 and ending at 11:59 pm NZST on 1 September 2026.
4. Customer
"Customer" means a person who places and pays for an order for ReShine Earth products through an eligible ReShine Earth sales channel.
A Customer may make a One-Time Purchase or may also be a Subscriber.
A person who has merely created an account, joined an Email Subscriber list or browsed ReShine Earth's website is not automatically considered a Customer.
5. Participant
"Participant" means a person who is eligible to participate in the Promotion and who has received at least one valid Entry into a relevant draw.
6. Subscriber
"Subscriber" means a Customer who has an active recurring product/order subscription with ReShine Earth under one of ReShine Earth's available recurring subscription intervals.
A product/order subscription may operate on a:
- 1-month interval;
- 2-month interval;
- 3-month interval;
- 4-month interval; or
- 6-month interval.
Product/order subscriptions are separate from email marketing subscriptions or email mailing-list subscriptions.
7. Active Subscriber
"Active Subscriber" means a Subscriber whose product/order subscription remains active and in good standing at the relevant time and has not been cancelled, suspended, terminated or otherwise ceased to be active.
For the Daily Prize Draw, an Active Subscriber receives one Daily Prize Entry for each applicable day during the Promotion Period while their subscription remains active and in good standing.
8. Email Subscriber
"Email Subscriber" means a person who has subscribed to receive ReShine Earth's marketing, promotional or other email communications.
An Email Subscriber may or may not be a Customer and may or may not be a Subscriber.
Being an Email Subscriber alone does not provide an Entry into the Promotion.
An Email Subscriber only qualifies for the Promotion if they otherwise satisfy the eligibility and Entry requirements contained in these Terms & Conditions.
9. Subscription Order
"Subscription Order" means an order generated and processed under an active product/order subscription with ReShine Earth.
A Subscription Order is treated as an eligible purchase in the same manner as an eligible One-Time Purchase, provided it satisfies all other requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
10. One-Time Purchase
"One-Time Purchase" means a purchase of ReShine Earth products made without an ongoing product/order subscription.
11. Product Subtotal
"Product Subtotal" means the amount actually paid for the products in an individual order after applying all applicable discounts, discount codes, subscription discounts, store credits, promotions or other price reductions and before adding shipping charges.
The Product Subtotal is the amount used to determine the applicable giveaway Entry threshold.
The original or advertised retail value before discounts is not used to determine giveaway Entries.
12. Eligible Purchase
"Eligible Purchase" means a completed purchase of ReShine Earth products made during the Promotion Period that:
a. is made by an eligible Participant;
b. is successfully paid;
c. remains valid and has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back; and
d. otherwise satisfies these Terms & Conditions.
13. Entry
"Entry" means one individual chance of being selected in the relevant draw.
One Entry equals one chance.
Where a Participant receives multiple Entries, each Entry is separately included in the relevant Draw Pool.
Entries have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed.
14. Daily Prize Entry
"Daily Prize Entry" means an Entry that is valid only for the relevant Daily Prize Draw.
A Daily Prize Entry does not carry forward to another Daily Prize Draw.
15. Mega Prize Entry
"Mega Prize Entry" means an Entry that is valid for the Mega Prize Draw.
Mega Prize Entries earned through Eligible Purchases remain in the Mega Prize Draw Pool for the duration of the Promotion, subject to cancellation or invalidation under these Terms & Conditions.
16. Social Media Bonus Entry
"Social Media Bonus Entry" means one additional Mega Prize Entry awarded under clause 8 to an eligible participant who completes the specified qualifying social media activity.
A participant may receive a maximum of 2 Social Media Bonus Entries in total during the Promotion Period.
17. Daily Prize Draw
"Daily Prize Draw" means the random draw conducted for each day during the Promotion Period to determine that day's Daily Prize Winner.
The relevant Draw Pool comprises all valid Daily Prize Entries applicable to that day.
18. Mega Prize Draw
"Mega Prize Draw" means the random draw conducted at the conclusion of the Promotion from all valid Mega Prize Entries, including any valid Social Media Bonus Entries, accumulated during the Promotion Period.
19. Draw Pool
"Draw Pool" means all valid Entries applicable to a particular draw at the time that draw is conducted.
20. Valid Entry
"Valid Entry" means an Entry that has been legitimately earned under these Terms & Conditions and has not been cancelled, invalidated, withdrawn or otherwise rendered ineligible.
21. Daily Prize
"Daily Prize" means the $50 ReShine Earth voucher awarded to the selected Winner of each Daily Prize Draw.
22. Mega Prize
"Mega Prize" means one brand-new Haier washing machine with a retail value of upto NZ$600, with the specific brand, model, colour and specifications determined by ReShine Earth.
The stated retail value of Upto NZ$600 relates to the washing machine itself and does not include the separate Mega Prize Delivery Allowance.
23. Mega Prize Delivery Allowance
"Mega Prize Delivery Allowance" means ReShine Earth's contribution of up to NZ$100 toward standard delivery of the Mega Prize within New Zealand, in addition to the NZ$600 retail value of the Mega Prize.
24. Prize
"Prize" means a Daily Prize or the Mega Prize, as applicable.
25. Winner
"Winner" means a Participant whose Valid Entry has been randomly selected in the relevant draw and whose eligibility has been verified by ReShine Earth.
26. Voucher
"Voucher" means the $50 ReShine Earth voucher awarded as a Daily Prize.
27. Shipping Benefit
"Shipping Benefit" means ReShine Earth's applicable standard free-shipping benefit for qualifying orders with a Product Subtotal of NZ$54 or more after applicable discounts.
The Shipping Benefit is separate from the giveaway Entry mechanism and does not constitute an Entry.
28. Refund
"Refund" means the return of money paid for an order following cancellation, return, reversal or other refund event.
29. Return
"Return" means the physical return of ReShine Earth products to ReShine Earth in accordance with ReShine Earth's applicable Returns Policy or applicable New Zealand law.
30. Chargeback
"Chargeback" means a reversal of a transaction initiated through a bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution rather than directly through ReShine Earth's normal refund process.
31. New Zealand Resident
"New Zealand Resident" means a person who ordinarily resides in New Zealand and who can provide a valid New Zealand delivery address where required.
32. Social Media Post or Reel
"Social Media Post or Reel" means a public Instagram Post, public Instagram Reel or public Facebook Post published by a Participant during the Promotion Period that meets the requirements of clause 8.
It does not include Instagram Stories, temporary content, comments, direct messages, private posts, website reviews or third-party review submissions.
33. Website Review
"Website Review" means a written or other review submitted by a customer through the ReShine Earth website or a review platform used by ReShine Earth.
A Website Review is separate from a Social Media Post or Reel and does not earn Social Media Bonus Entries.
34. Third-Party Merchant or Supplier
"Third-Party Merchant or Supplier" means the independent retailer, merchant or supplier from whom ReShine Earth purchases the Mega Prize for the Winner.
The Third-Party Merchant or Supplier may use its own fulfilment, delivery, carrier and customer-service processes.
35. Delivery
"Delivery" means the transportation and delivery of the Mega Prize by the Third-Party Merchant, Supplier or its nominated carrier to the delivery address provided by the Winner.
Delivery does not include installation, plumbing, electrical connection, removal of an existing appliance, stacking, mounting, disposal of an existing appliance or any other installation-related service.
36. Interpretation
36.1 References to a person include an individual, where relevant.
36.2 References to a singular term include the plural and references to the plural include the singular.
36.3 Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
36.4 If a term is defined in this Annex, that definition applies wherever the defined term is used in these Terms & Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
36.5 In the event of an inconsistency between this Annex and another provision of the Terms & Conditions, the specific operative provision of the Terms & Conditions will apply, unless expressly stated otherwise.
36.6 Nothing in this Annex or the Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
