Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:

All orders placed during our regular business hours will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1 business day. 

Shipping is provided via NZ Post and will usually take 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Fees:

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate for shipping anywhere in New Zealand. This fees applies to all orders regardless of size or weight. 

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75. No additional charges will be applied to these orders.

 

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order's location and status throughout its journey. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to appear after your order is dispatched.

Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as busy holiday seasons or severe weather conditions. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us at support@reshinearth.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Loss or Damage:

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@reshinearth.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution for you.

Accuracy of Shipping Information:

To ensure that you receive your products without delay, please provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues with delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at the time of your order.

Refund Policy

At ReShine Earth, we stand behind our products with our 30-Day Return policy. 
If you change your mind about your purchase, no worries! Simply email us at support@reshinearth.com with your order number and the email address used for the order to either cancel it or start the return process.


For orders that haven’t shipped yet, we’ll provide a full refund right away. If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll issue the refund once we receive the returned items. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is at your expense.


If your package is refused or declined upon delivery and is sent back to us, a $9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.

Cancel Subscription:

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. We’d love to hear any feedback you have on how we can improve.
To manage your subscription, including skipping, rescheduling, cancelling, or pausing, simply log into your account online. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@reshinearth.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. There are no binding contracts, so you have full control over your subscription and can make changes as needed.
