ReShine Earth 1-Year Cleaning Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period: 21 October 2026 to 10 November 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering the ReShine Earth 1-Year Cleaning Giveaway.
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this Promotion is ReShine Earth, a trading name of Kathuria Care Services Pty Limited(“ReShine Earth”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion opens at 12:00 am NZ time on 21 October 2026.
2.2 Entries close at 11:59 pm NZ time on 10 November 2026.
2.3 The winner will be selected after the Promotion closes and will be announced on 11 November 2026.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees and contractors of ReShine Earth, and persons directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3.3 ReShine Earth reserves the right to verify an entrant's identity, age and New Zealand residency.
3.4 The Promotion is available to eligible New Zealand residents only.
4. How to Enter
4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.2 To enter, an eligible person must complete the official ReShine Earth giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period and provide the requested information.
4.3 Each eligible person receives one entry only.
4.4 An entrant cannot obtain additional entries by making a purchase, placing multiple orders, subscribing to ReShine Earth products or submitting multiple forms.
4.5 Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries using multiple email addresses or identities, may be rejected or treated as invalid.
4.6 ReShine Earth reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Existing Customers and Subscribers
5.1 Existing eligible ReShine Earth customers and subscribers already held within ReShine Earth's customer or subscriber database may be included in the eligible entry pool without needing to complete a new entry form.
5.2 An existing eligible customer or subscriber will receive one entry only.
5.3 Existing customers and subscribers do not receive additional entries based on their previous purchases, number of purchases, subscription status or number of subscriptions.
5.4 Existing customers and subscribers who are already included in the eligible entry pool do not need to enter again.
6. Entry Pool and Winner Selection
6.1 All valid eligible entries will form the Prize Draw Pool.
6.2 Each valid entry represents one chance of being randomly selected.
6.3 One winner will be selected at random from the Prize Draw Pool.
6.4 The winner will be selected after the Promotion closes.
6.5 Purchase history, customer value, subscription status and number of previous orders do not affect an entrant's chance of winning.
7. Prize
7.1 There will be one (1) winner.
7.2 The winner will receive:
- 4 × ReShine Earth Laundry Detergent Sheets
- 4 × ReShine Earth Dishwasher Detergent Sheets
- 4 × ReShine Earth Toilet Cleaning Sheets
- 4 × ReShine Earth Floor Cleaning Sheets
7.3 The total prize consists of 16 boxes of ReShine Earth products.
7.4 The total advertised prize value is up to NZ$464 based on the applicable ReShine Earth retail pricing at the time the Promotion is advertised.
7.5 The prize is promoted as approximately one year's supply of ReShine Earth cleaning products, based on each product pack lasting for up to approximately 90 days.
7.6 Actual product usage will vary between households depending on individual usage. ReShine Earth does not guarantee that the prize will last exactly 12 months.
7.7 The prize must be accepted as awarded.
7.8 The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a refund or another product, except where required by applicable law.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 The prize will be delivered to one New Zealand address nominated by the winner.
8.2 The winner is responsible for providing ReShine Earth with a complete and accurate delivery address.
8.3 ReShine Earth will arrange delivery of the prize to the nominated New Zealand address.
8.4 ReShine Earth is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, failed deliveries or other delivery issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the winner, courier delays or delivery issues occurring after the prize has been dispatched.
8.5 Where appropriate, ReShine Earth may provide the winner with delivery or tracking information so that the winner can communicate directly with the relevant delivery provider.
9. Winner Notification
9.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their entry or existing ReShine Earth customer record.
9.2 The winner will be announced on 11 November 2026 through ReShine Earth's social media channels and/or other appropriate ReShine Earth channels.
9.3 ReShine Earth may request reasonable evidence from the selected winner to confirm their identity and eligibility.
9.4 If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, fails to provide required information, or is found to be ineligible, ReShine Earth may select another eligible winner at random.
10. Prize Conditions
10.1 The prize is provided as described in these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 No cash alternative will be provided.
10.3 The prize cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
10.4 ReShine Earth reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, to substitute a prize with another ReShine Earth product or combination of products of equal or greater value if an advertised product becomes unavailable.
11. Personal Information and Privacy
11.1 ReShine Earth will collect personal information such as an entrant's name and email address for the purposes of administering the Promotion, maintaining the entry pool, contacting the winner and arranging prize delivery.
11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws and ReShine Earth's Privacy Policy.
11.3 Entrants should review ReShine Earth's Privacy Policy before submitting their information.
11.4 ReShine Earth will not sell entrant personal information to third parties.
11.5 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
12. Marketing Communications
12.1 Entering the giveaway does not, by itself, mean that an entrant has consented to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.
12.2 New entrants may be given the option to separately subscribe to ReShine Earth's marketing communications through the giveaway entry form.
12.3 Where an entrant provides the required consent, ReShine Earth may send marketing communications including product information, offers, promotions, cleaning tips, news and other relevant communications.
12.4 Marketing recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant communication.
13. Publicity and Winner Announcement
13.1 ReShine Earth may announce the winner through its website, email communications and social media channels.
13.2 ReShine Earth will not publicly disclose the winner's email address, telephone number, physical address or other private contact information.
13.3 Any use of the winner's photograph, testimonial or other personal content for promotional purposes will be subject to appropriate consent where required.
14. Invalid or Fraudulent Entries
14.1 ReShine Earth reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entry if it:
- contains false, misleading or incomplete information;
- is a duplicate entry;
- is submitted using multiple identities or email addresses;
- is generated through automated or fraudulent means;
- appears to be an attempt to manipulate the Promotion; or
- otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 ReShine Earth's decision regarding the validity of an entry will be final, subject to applicable law.
15. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
15.1 ReShine Earth reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, fraud, technical problems, security issues or other circumstances affecting the proper administration of the Promotion.
15.2 Where reasonably practicable, ReShine Earth will communicate any material changes through its website, email or social media channels.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
16. Liability
16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReShine Earth is not responsible for loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control in connection with the Promotion or delivery of the prize.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
17. General
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
17.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the rules governing the Promotion.
17.4 ReShine Earth's Privacy Policy also applies to the collection and handling of personal information in connection with the Promotion.
18. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer
18.1 This Promotion may be advertised or promoted through Facebook and Instagram.
18.2 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
18.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of this Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Customer” means a person who has previously purchased one or more ReShine Earth products.
“Entrant” means an eligible person who has submitted a valid entry or who is included in the existing eligible ReShine Earth customer/subscriber pool under these Terms & Conditions.
“Entry” means one valid chance to be randomly selected as the winner.
“Prize” means the 16 boxes of ReShine Earth products described in section 7.
“Prize Draw Pool” means all valid eligible entries included in the Promotion.
“Promotion” means the ReShine Earth 1-Year Cleaning Giveaway.
“Promotion Period” means 21 October 2026 to 10 November 2026.
“ReShine Earth” means the ReShine Earth brand and trading name of Kathuria Care Services Pty Limited.
“Subscriber” means a person who is subscribed to receive ReShine Earth product/order subscriptions. This is separate from a person who has simply subscribed to receive ReShine Earth marketing emails.
“Marketing Subscriber” means a person who has separately opted in to receive ReShine Earth marketing communications by email or other permitted electronic channels.
“Winner” means the one eligible Entrant randomly selected from the Prize Draw Pool to receive the Prize.
