What is the shelf life of ReShine Earth Dishwasher Detergent Sheets?

- Our Dishwasher Detergent Sheets are best used within three years of the production date. You can find this date on your box. This shelf life is significantly longer than the 6 to 12 months recommended for most leading-brand pods, liquid, and powder detergents.

Can I purchase ReShine Earth products in store at a retail location?

- At this stage, our products are only available online and delivered directly to your door. We do not have any retail partners or physical store locations. Where are your sheets manufactured?

- Our detergent sheets are proudly made in China. While we acknowledge the preference for New Zealand-made products, the current capabilities for producing these sheets in New Zealand are unavailable. China’s advancements in eco-friendly and sustainable production methods make it an ideal choice for our innovative and waste-free products.

If I don’t like the product, how do I return it?

- We offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return the product, simply contact us at- support@reshinearth.com to initiate the return process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

I can’t complete the checkout process. What’s going on?

Delivery and Shipping

How much is shipping and handling?

- We offer a flat rate for shipping to anywhere in New Zealand. This fee applies to all orders under $75, regardless of size or weight. For orders over $75, we offer free shipping with no additional charges.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

- Orders are processed and shipped the following business day. Typically, packages arrive within 2-3 business days, although occasional delays due to weather events or holiday periods may occur.

Subscription

What is the ReShine Earth subscription program?

- Our subscription program brings the best products right to your door on your timeline! This is YOUR subscription box, so you have the freedom to customize it however you’d like.

Choose your delivery frequency anywhere from monthly to every 3 months.

Your subscription will continue for each subscription period until you cancel. You will be charged each subscription period for the cost of the applicable products and applicable shipping fees. There is no additional fee associated with the subscription, and there is no minimum purchase obligation.

How do auto-renewal and subscription charges work?

- By signing up for subscription service, you agree to recurring billing. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges, and your subscription will continue until you cancel your subscription. We will notify you before each recurring charge via email. 

How do I manage my subscription?

- You can make changes to your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@reshinearth.com. Any changes we make will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), in which case they will be reflected after the current order has been completed.
